Book a consultation call
Set up a consult with us. We take the time to learn more about you, your schedule and your specific needs. This step is necessary to create a quote.

Book the date
01. How far should we book you in advance?
For weddings, most of our clients book us more than a year in advance. The sooner you reach out, the better the chances are that your date is still available in our calendar. We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the date as well as a signed agreement.
For corporate inquiries, we work on an availability basis and would be more than glad to connect via phone to discuss your needs.
02. How long do we have to wait to get our full gallery of images?
For wedding videography, we say one (1) to four (4) months delivery time for your full photography gallery. For films, those take a little more love. We like to give one (1) to six (6) months for film delivery time.
For corporate projects, delivery time will vary based on the project. We have been able to deliver company event recap videos within one (1) to two (2) days and others within two (2) weeks. Company organizational videos will take more time depending on the scope of project and revision process.
03. How do we receive our photos/films?
For wedding videography, you will receive a personalized online gallery that you can share with friends and family. You can easily download your full gallery & films. Access to these galleries is valid for up to one year. Your projects may also be on our company YouTube or Vimeo page for portfolio purposes. Depending on your package, we offer physical products such as photo albums and video albums separately.
For corporate videography, we will deliver files via cloud storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive or your method of choice.
04. What are your pricing, packages and rates?
For wedding videography, we consider our pricing a reflection of our exceptional customer service, the superior quality of our videography and photography, our expert on-site guidance during weddings and our speedy delivery times.
Recognizing that each couple has distinct needs and every wedding is unique, we provide customized quotes only after a consult call.
For corporate videography, our rates will vary based on the scope of project. We offer retainer packages for clients that wish to utilize our services on a regular basis.
